Factory International is asking for Manchester-based creatives plus 400 festival volunteers for this year's Manchester International Festival.
Festival Square, which used to be located in front of the Town Hall in Albert Square, will this year be located the Social and the Undercroft, the outdoor areas around Aviva Studios, Factory's permanent base, featuring live performances and other events.
Factory wants to hear from "performers, musicians and creatives across all genres" who live in Greater Manchester as well as "artists who can bring music workshops, dance sessions and even live podcasts to the space". All performances are paid. Applicants can apply on the Factory International web site by 12 noon on 23 March.
Anyone wishing to apply to be a festival volunteer to get involved with various activities "from helping behind the scenes to greeting the public" can also apply online before 28 April.
