The Dukes Stage on Screen season in Lancaster continues this spring with The Railway Children, A Winter’s Tale, As You Like It and Hangmen all lined up over the next few weeks and months.
The Railway Children screening, an Easter Monday treat, captures a performance of the stage adaptation on its return to its Yorkshire roots last summer and features the original locomotive from the much-loved classic film.
On February 24, there’s another chance to see Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench in The Winter’s Tale and February 25 sees an NT Live screening of As You Like It.
Recorded screenings of The Royal Court’s acclaimed Hangmen—starring David Morrissey—take place on March 6 and 9.
