Open Space: creating “the right conditions for all to be successful”

People working in Northamptonshire’s creative and cultural industries are to get together to discuss opportunities for new projects and how to attract investment.

Open Space Northamptonshire is a free, two-day event hosted by Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership. Artists working in theatre and dance are among those who have already registered to attend.

Martin Sutherland who chairs NEP’s creative and culture board, said, “there are more than 800 creative and cultural businesses in Northamptonshire employing over 3,000 people; we’re one of the key sectors that makes Northamptonshire a better place to live and work. We want this event to ensure that we’re creating the right conditions for us all to be successful in more financially difficult times.”

The event will be at the National Training Academy for Rail, Northampton on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 June from 10AM until 4PM. Anyone interested in attending should register at the Eventbrite web site.
