The annual James Westaway Awards are received by the two most promising students at the Young Actors Studio of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Coleg Brenhinol Cerdd a Drama Cymru.
This year, those recipients are Carys Bowkett from Swansea, who is going on to study acting at LAMDA, and Ben White from Cardiff, who will be studying film at Reading University.
The awards are named after James Westaway, a talented past student at Royal Welsh College who died at the very early stages of his career; the Awards are sponsored by Sherman Cymru.
