The biennial international arts event SICK! Festival has been created with residents and organisations of Moston, Harpurhey and Charlestown from the title "Where’s the Media Now..?".
The festival looks at issues including, poverty, the housing crisis, climate change, social media, from family and brotherhood to mental health and connection through a programme of work spanning film, dance, theatre, music, video gaming and public art installations by local, UK based and international artists.
The programme includes free events, drop-in activities, and low-cost ticketed performances, capped at £7.50, with tickets available from Contact.
